EnCorps is excited to announce Linda Duncombe as our new Board Member!

Linda Duncombe serves as an Executive Producer of The Queenʼs Jewels, and is known most recently for serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing, Data and Digital Officer at City National Bank, also known as “the bank to the stars.” The 35-year banking and global marketing leader has handled all aspects of the industry—including being part of the leadership that established Citi’s FinTech division in its global office in New York and funding complex, high-dollar transactions across an array of industries. She has also worked with governments across the world to help deploy new technologies. Linda first joined City National Bank in January 2019, establishing business, sponsorship, and/or community relationships with SAG-AFTRA, The Recording Academy (Grammys), the Motion Picture Television Fund (MPTF), Tribeca Film Festival, Beacon Theater, and Kia Forum.

During the Covid pandemic, she led the team that built critical funding technology on the rails of Salesforce to get over $1.8 billion dollars of PPP loans into entertainment and industry-supporting businesses. Highly regarded across the entertainment and media sector as a leader who has supported its ever-evolving ecosystem, Linda has been recognized by Variety on the trade publication’s “Most Powerful Women in Hollywood” list for five consecutive years, since her arrival in Los Angeles. In 2024, the Australian Governor-General awarded Duncombe with the Medal of the Order of Australia. Linda is a member of the boards of the SAG-AFTRA Foundation, The Grammy Museum and Habitat for Humanity Greater LA—bringing a wealth of knowledge around financing, the specific needs of media businesses and markets, along with an extensive network.
