Education is the key to unlocking potential, central to our society, our future, and our own sense of purpose.

That said, the sector is facing waves of challenge, putting pressure on our ability to provide our young people with the educational opportunities they need to thrive. Systemic changes such as cuts to funding, workforce shortages and the long-term impact of the pandemic have placed our educational system under immense strain, often to the detriment of learners from underrepresented communities. Here at EnCorps, we aim to shift the narrative through connecting students from these communities to STEM professionals in their classrooms.

Education is at a crossroads, but alongside these challenges, there are opportunities. As new technologies and insightful policy ideas continue to grow, we have the potential to enhance the learning experience through collective action. Combining voices from a diverse range of experts across the sector will be imperative to discovering ways to serve our students and enable them to succeed.

We are thrilled to be offering solutions to these challenges through thoughtful discussion in our expert panel at the EnCorps Learning Summit 2025. We will be hosting  speakers such as Nicole Wellman Noble – Talent consultant with over 17 years in Education , Ryan Flores – Pasadena Unified School District – AP Calculus and Engineering Instructor, and Marisol Perez – Los Angeles Unified School District – Teacher of the Year for Project Lead The Way!

We hope to share some thoughtful solutions and invite you to offer your thoughts and concerns at info@encorps.org.
