December is here!! Can you believe we’re only days away from the new year?!?

With all the necessary gifts needed to help others at this moment, we have some ideas on how to give gifts that matter.

Gift Idea #1: Corporate Matching

Does your employer offer “matching gifts?” Many companies will double your donation at no extra cost to you.

How to maximize your impact through corporate matching:

  1. Make your donation to your organization of choice.
  2. Submit the donation receipt to your company’s matching gift program
  3. Watch your impact double!

Popular companies that have matched gifts to EnCorps:

  • Microsoft
  • Google
  • Apple
  • Salesforce
  • Cisco

Check in with your company to see if they offer this option.

Gift Idea #2: The “Pay It Forward” Gift

Giving as a group? Corporate teams, family groups, and friend circles often pool donations to reach higher giving tiers.

Imagine your company team raising $500 together! It’s team-building with real impact.

Gift Idea #3: Employer Giving Campaigns

If your company is running a year-end giving campaign, EnCorps and other impactful non profit organizations are on many approved nonprofit lists. Check your company’s giving platform or speak with HR about supporting your non profit of choice.

Tax FAQ’s

Q: What do I need for taxes?
A: A donation receipt. Keep it for your tax records.
