DIRECTOR STRATEGY, LEARNING, & IMPACT
Kathleen is an experienced leader with 40 years of leading global teams focused on implementing Business/IT transformational projects. In 2015 Kathleen retired from the corporate world and has worked with multiple non-profits in the areas of strategic planning, process redesign, organizational development, and IT. After moving to California, she has worked with Code Ninjas as the Director of their Outreach Programs primarily focused on developing and leading their Girls in STEM program. In February 2020 Kathleen was awarded an Encore.org Fellowship and was assigned to EnCorps to develop and lead the implementation of a 3 year Strategic Plan. In September 2021 she came onboard full-time to help plot a path for continued innovation and scale in the coming years. Kathleen is a core member of EnCorps’ executive leadership team, critical to defining and ensuring we achieve our ambitious goals.
