Please read below the job description and details on how to apply. We look forward to meeting you.

EnCorps advocates for STEM educational equity. Anchored in our belief that traditionally under-represented students belong in STEM, we prepare STEM role models to educate and inspire students who lack equitable access to a high-quality science, technology, engineering and math education.

We do this by directly connecting highly effective STEM professionals with public school students to counter the systemic injustice preventing children in under-resourced communities from accessing a high-quality STEM education. The EnCorps Teachers Program recruits, selects and supports STEM professionals and experts as STEM teachers teaching in under-resourced communities. The STEMx Tutors Program matches middle school students (currently underperforming in math) with volunteer STEM professionals, experts, and STEM college students, to increase math skills and confidence in math and academics before entering high school.

In the past 16 years, we have developed 1400 educators and we are rapidly growing with ambitious goals to bring more STEM professionals into the education field. We are looking for a mission-aligned and goal-driven outreach and marketing lead who will lead and support our outreach (recruitment) team. You must not be afraid to try new things and share out openly about failure and success. We are a small but mighty team. You might have to wear multiple hats from time to time and you must love problem solving in real time. The work is hard but also really rewarding. Especially when you hear success stories like these: https//encorps.org/news/blog/.
