EnCorps is pleased to announce that we have joined the STEMM Opportunity Alliance (SOA) to bring equity and inclusion to our STEMM industries. 

Shared Goals

The SOA is a national organization committed to driving cross-sector collective action that supports and harnesses the rich tapestry of the American population to add 20 million new STEMM workers to the U.S. economy by 2050. EnCorps joins over 175 other partners across sectors committed to working together on an ecosystem of excellence over the STEMM focus areas (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine). 

We are enthusiastic about joining this movement to diversify the STEMM workforce to more closely reflect the demographics of the nation.

EnCorps specializes in strengthening pathways that support individuals from historically excluded and marginalized communities to enter and thrive in STEMM careers.
