PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Angel Beamer is an experienced education leader with over two decades of work in teaching, program development, and driving organizational growth. Since joining EnCorps in 2016, Angel has led the strategic expansion of the organization from a regional initiative in Southern California to a statewide program supporting underrepresented communities with high-quality STEM education.
A former teacher and administrator in the Los Angeles Unified School District, Angel brings a deep understanding of the complex challenges and opportunities in public education. In her current role as Program Director, she leads innovation, builds meaningful partnerships, and advances program strategies that improve outcomes for students and educators.
Angel is committed to equity in education and believes in the power of STEM to expand opportunity. Her work is grounded in the belief that every student deserves access to an inclusive, impactful learning environment.
